I do not promise search rankings or a number of calls or sales.

How it works
- You fill in the short intake form: your logo, photos, a description of what you do and how people reach you.
- I email you a mockup of your site to review.
- You approve the mockup and sign the simple 12-month agreement.
- I build your three pages from a standard template, using your content. You review the finished site and ask for changes. One round of revisions is included.
- You approve the finished site, I send the first invoice and your site goes live. I keep it running.

The $100 a month starter is a simple, template-based site. If you need something planned and designed around you, that is the custom website.

Plain terms
These are the terms. They are written to be fair and simple, with no surprise fees. Tap any term to read it.
Price.
$100 a month, billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee. The first month is due when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.
Your domain name.
The domain (for example yourbusiness.com) is not included in the $100. You register it in your own account with a registrar and pay the registration and renewals directly. I will help connect it to your site.
Minimum term.
The first 12 months. After that it is month to month.
Cancelling.
After the first 12 months you can cancel any time with 30 days written notice. Email is fine. There is no cancellation fee. If you leave before 12 months, the remaining months of the minimum term are due.
You own your content.
Your domain name stays in your own account, and your text, photos and logo are yours. If you leave, I send you a copy of your content and files. Moving the whole site to another host is quoted separately, and your domain is never held back.
The monthly edit.
One small text or photo change each month, usually done within a few business days. Unused edits do not carry over. Bigger changes are quoted first.
Revisions before launch.
One round of changes is included while I build the site.
Starter scope.
Three informational pages. A bigger or more custom project is the custom website, quoted separately.
Extras.
Anything outside the three pages is quoted in writing and you approve the price before I start.
If a payment fails.
I will email you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, the site may be paused until the account is current. Your content is kept for 30 days after a pause or cancellation.
Common questions
Is this only for service businesses?
No. It works for shops, authors, churches, practices and other small organizations that need a clear site explaining who they are, what they offer and how to contact them. It is not built for online stores, memberships or custom booking.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. Extra pages are quoted before I start, so you know the price first.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
I cannot promise rankings. I set up the basics that help search engines understand your site, and ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is registered in your own account, and your text, photos and logo are yours. The site runs on my hosting and tools while you are a customer.
