The Logo design process

We love to do graphic design work. We love to help small businesses, churches, and nonprofits. TO do more of both, we decided to do a logo sale in April of 2021. Our first taker was Pastor Greg Hartman of Bethany Lutheran Church in Brunswick.

Pastor Greg was looking for a logo to use for his personal stationary as well as for his Etsy shop. He sent us the following examples of the style he liked…

We took his images and the information from a conversation we had with him and gave him these options for our first draft round…

After seeing the logo drafts and showing them to some trusted friends, he gave us feedback and we took that and started round 2 of the project

Phil Graves

Phil Graves owns All Saints Media, where he designs websites and graphics that help churches, nonprofits, and businesses connect with the people they serve. He has worked in web and graphic design for more than 20 years. Phil is also the senior pastor of Lake Lynn Baptist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and teaches pastors practical ways to use AI without losing their voice. He and his wife Kristie have five children.
